How to Apply

Application forms are available from the LES Music School and the Registrars of the individual schools.  You can also complete your application form and submit online.  Otherwise all completed forms should be returned to the Music School office.  This application form combines the contract for Individual Music Tuition, which you should read and sign.

Once a request for lessons has been received and assuming that a space is available, your request will be processed with your child assigned to a music teacher.   Fairfield parents may wish to discuss their child’s music options with the Head of Junior Music. Applications to learn a second instrument at Fairfield must first receive approval by the form teacher through the Head of Junior Music.

You will then receive a letter confirming the offer of tuition with details of the music teacher and the date and time of the first lesson.  Lessons are usually arranged soon after application.  If you have a specific start date, please indicate this clearly on the application form.
